2. Forgetting to include well-crafted refund/return/cancellation/chargeback policies.

3. Broadcasting great results without providing what average result should *actually* be expected.

4. Failing to include proper disclosures for any affiliate-based relationships in a clear and conspicuous manner;

5. Not carefully reading through advertising/marketing copy to ensure it is not deceptive, unfair, or misleading.

6. Making broad promises or guarantees without being able to support them.
